'A Wholesome Week: Your Monday to Friday Family Meal Guide' started out as a personal project, to broaden the variety of foods that I serve my children each week. I realised we'd slipped into the habit of throwing together last minute speedy dinners, the majority of which were pasta based, and in turn my children were becoming less open-minded to trying new foods.

When I shared what I was working towards on my Instagram channel @elliemaeclarke, I had a huge number of messages from my community requesting that I share the outcome of the project with others. That was how this E-book became something that I invested much time and energy into, I decided I wanted to create something to support others to serve varied nutritious meals to their families through the week.

The recipes are aimed at children, however my husband and I enjoy all of the recipes too. In the E-book I also discuss ingredients, buying organic, encouraging adventurous eating, and offer a flexible five day meal plan full of delicious meals packed full of different whole foods.

In the process of making this E-book, my own children have become so much more open-minded and excited when it comes to the food they eat. It has been a real success for us so far and I hope that it inspires others to mix up family meals and enjoy a broad array of amazing whole foods.
