Shipping & Delivery

As standard, we currently only deliver to mainland UK. For any overseas requests, please get in touch.

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and are confirmed at check out.

 

Local Collection | Free of charge

Items can be collected from BA within 10 days of order.

 

Local Delivery | £25

We also offer local delivery within a 20 mile radius from BA11.

 

Small Items Tracked Delivery | £8

Items will be packaged securely and sent via Royal Mail. Delivery estimate 2-3 days.

 

Medium Items Tracked Delivery | £13

Items will be packaged securely and sent via Royal Mail. Delivery estimate 2-3 days.

 

Large Items Tracked Delivery | £20

Items will be packaged securely and sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Delivery estimate 2-3 days.

 

Special Items Courier | £50

Larger, heavier items can not be posted. We will instead deliver your items via an independent courier.

 

Refunds

We hope that you will absolutely love your new items. However, we are able to offer a refund on items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of your receipt of the item. As we are a small business, postage will be arranged by the customer - please get in touch for any recommendations. Please ensure the item(s) are packaged safely and insured to their value and against transit damages. We will refund you within 10 days of receiving your return, assuming it is in the original condition.

 

Damaged items

Our antique homewares are often in imperfect condition, which adds to their unique character and charm. However we carefully check and package all items before they are sent, to ensure they arrive in their intended condition. 

However, if you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please send photos to us immediately upon receipt. We will then be in contact with the courier service to begin a Damaged Items claim in order to refund you.
